Beaucatcher Heights
Beaucatcher Heights—large wooded urban homesites less than five minutes from downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village. One of Asheville’s most desirable communities, Kenilworth, located just east of downtown is full of intriguing roads, and an amazing diversity of home sizes and styles. The neighborhood boasts large stately trees, beautiful residential landscapes, and peaceful parks and gardens. It’s an older, established neighborhood with very little vacant land. Until now.
