Sean Sullivan was born in Oceanside, California, on June 19, 1972 to parents John and Roberta. As the son of a career Marine Corps officer, Sullivan moved around the country and lived overseas, although he spent most of his childhood on the US east coast. After graduating from Beaufort Academy in South Carolina, he enrolled in the Business Administration program at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership and Marketing. Laura Kirkpatrick Sullivan, ID.ology Interior Design
Home and hearth, and the comfort they engender, figure prominently in Asheville interior designer Laura Kirkpatrick’s work. Her firm, ID.ology, offers interior design services to private and commercial clients, staging services for home sellers and consultation for anyone wishing to put their best, well-designed foot forward. Kirkpatrick has had a lifelong love of the visual — and she likes to mix things up. Working a treasured family heirloom into a contemporary design is the type of challenge she enjoys. And she’s as comfortable in a hardhat as she is flipping fabric swatches. Judy Berkley, Controller
Objective: to serve our internal and external customers. To improve efficiency and accuracy within the financial side of the business.
Education/Experience : Judy received her BS in Accounting from Bob Jones university. She brings 28 years of accounting experience (12 of which were in the construction and development industry) to Living Stone. Judy has been a CPA in NC for 25 years.
Hobbies : Judy enjoys reading, cooking and baking and watching her son play baseball.
Judy and her husband Pat, live with their 2 children in Laurel Park.

Mike Bates

Steve Payne, Superintendent
Objection: To exceed the expectations of all parties involved from clients to trade partners.
Education/Experience : BS in Industrial Technology Education from App State in 1990, Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration from Gardner Webb. My grandfather and uncles were all home builders. IÂ have experience in building custome homes as we as commerical projects. I believe in God and doing unto others as you would have them to do you. “There is no greater feeling than working hard and seeing the fruits of that labor. And in construction that’s exactly what you can do.”
Hobbies : I love to hunt and fish and I breed golden retrievers.

Cameron Wilds, Field Manager
Cameron Wilds was born and raised in Marshall, NC. He enjoys hunting, boating, and spending time with his wife Paula and two kids Austen and Kaylee.
Experience: Cameron has worked in construction for the past 20 years. Lasting friendships and great connections have brought him to Living Stone Construction where he takes pride in his work. He works hard to ensure the customers know they can count on him to do the job right.

Chuck Caldwell, Finish Manager
Objective: to assist Living Stone in producing quality homes.
Education/Experience : Chuck was born and grew up in Atlanta, GA and moved to the Asheville area in the 1980’s. He has been in construction all of his life. He is a Jack of All Trades, able to do all facets of construction, from the smallest details to running heavy equipment. He was a superintendent for another construction company for 12 years and joins the Living Stone family to help close out and finish jobs.
Chuck also has an associate degree in Sustainability Technologies.
He and his wife Sarah (who is an interior designer with a local firm) have 5 children.
