Each year, the Asheville Parade of Homes offers a unique opportunity to explore the finest new homes throughout Western North Carolina. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the 2025 Parade will take place over two spring weekends: April 26–27 and May 3–4, from 11 AM to 5 PM. This event features a curated selection of new and remodeled homes across the region, giving visitors a firsthand look at quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the latest innovations in homebuilding.
As the featured Cover Builder for the Parade Magazine, we’re excited to once again open our doors for this year’s Parade and share what makes Living Stone Design + Build different. From non-toxic materials to our seamless design-build process, our team works hard to create homes that feel as good as they look. Although the fall event was postponed after Hurricane Helene, we’re proud to support the ongoing recovery and look forward to welcoming you in the spring.
